Sr. Pre-Sales Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Work alongside the sales team for technical closure of deals.
• Demonstrate Creo software features and capabilities to prospective clients.
• Handle Proof of Concept (POC) activities, ensuring successful demonstrations and client satisfaction.
• Deliver advanced training on Creo, covering part modeling, assembly, simulation, and other functionalities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and Creos evolving features.
• Provide technical insights to customers, ensuring that solutions align with their requirements.
• Meet with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored presentations.
• Travel to customer locations as required for on-site meetings and support.

Preferred Skills:

• 3-4 years of experience in Creo software with a strong understanding of its functionalities.
• Proficiency in part modeling, assembly, simulation, and other core Creo modules.
• Ability to deliver technical presentations, training sessions, and handle POCs effectively.
• Strong communication skills to work with sales teams and customers.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to Creo.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and support.
• Certification in Creo or related CAD tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in a pre-sales or technical support role is preferred.
