Senior Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with expertise in .Net, ASP, and SQL Server to join our team. The successful candidate will work on a custom-built ERP software project, utilizing these technologies to develop and implement a pilot project. This role requires a deep understanding of software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both the project team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Development and Maintenance:

• Develop, test, and maintain custom-built ERP software using .Net, ASP, and SQL Server technologies.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code to meet project objectives and client requirements.
• Ensure the software is robust, secure, and performs optimally.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with the project team to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Work closely with clients to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to the software.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency.

Code Quality and Best Practices:

• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Implement and enforce coding standards and development methodologies.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the software.

Troubleshooting and Optimization:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development process.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
• Identify and address potential bottlenecks and performance issues.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Document development processes, code changes, and project progress.
• Prepare technical documentation and user guides as needed.
• Generate regular reports on project status, milestones, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience as a Senior Developer with a strong background in .Net, ASP, and SQL Server.
• Experience working on ERP software projects is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and methodologies.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (4-year degree must).
