Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator with expertise in compliance and audit management. This role involves managing HR operations, statutory compliance, audits, and vendor coordination while ensuring accurate documentation and process optimisation. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting payroll functions, and enhancing overall HR efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations Administration:

• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS (experience with Keka is a plus), ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Oversee asset management and vendor coordination to support business operations.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, exits, and background verification.
• Handle HR documentation, such as employment contracts, invoices, and policy acknowledgements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and compliance matters.

2. Compliance Audit Management:

• Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, gratuity etc.
• Manage internal and external HR audits, ensuring alignment with employment regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate statutory records for compliance inspections and reporting purposes.
• Work closely with external agencies and auditors to address compliance-related requirements.

3. Policy Implementation Process Improvement:

• Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and SOPs to align with industry best practices.
• Monitor adherence to HR policies and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Support HR process automation, ensuring efficiency in documentation and reporting.

Qualifications Skills:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR administration, compliance, and audit management.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and HR regulations.
• Experience in handling HR audits and liaising with external auditors.
• Proficiency in HRMS software (Keka preferred) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the IT industry.
• Familiarity with ISO, SOC, or other HR compliance frameworks.
