Oracle Database Administrator - Production Support

Work Timings : 24-7 Rotational shifts.Job Type : Permanent.

Role and Responsibilities :

• 8+ Years' experience in database administration, operations, and production support.
• Excellent knowledge in resolving performance tuning issues.
• Experience in Monitoring, back up/ Recovery Management, DB Provisioning/de-provisioning, DB refresh/restore, HA/DRE, Patching, migration, replication, and upgrades.
• Understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management.
• Experience in tools such as Service Now, JIRA, Confluence.
• Ability to document solutions and train operational teams.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services or Azure.
• Experience with automation, Ansible, Python.
• Experience in Sybase, Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) Cloud Control, SQL Server, Postgres, Cloudera, Hadoop is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Flexible, team player, get-it-done personality.
• Ability to organize and plan work independently.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams.
• Experience in financial domain is a major plus.
• Experience in handling the team, people management skills.
