Front End Developer

Experience:

1. 4-7 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on JavaScript and ReactJS.
2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
3. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
4. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
5. Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript

6. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

1. Exposure to UI design principles and interactivity, with a strong sense of usability and user experience.
2. Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture and implementation practices.
3. Familiarity with JavaScript design patterns and their applications in building scalable front-end solutions.
4. Hands-on experience with Agile/Lean methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a self-motivated and team-oriented attitude.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:

1. Experience with secondary skillsets like Python and AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, API Gateway).
2. Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
3. Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
4. Understanding of cloud architecture and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
