Credit Manager - Personal Loan

Role & responsibilities

- Employment income documents, credit reports, and other documents to

evaluate creditworthiness.

-TAT adherence.

- Assess borrower's repayment capacity, credit history, and collateral.

- ldentify potential credit risks and recommend mitigants.

-Monitor and report changes in borrower's credit profile

- Evaluate loan applications against credit policies and guidelines.

- Prepare credit approval memos and recommendations.

- Personal discussion with customer.

- ldentify potential financial risks and opportunities.

- Ensure adherence to credit policies, and internal guidelines.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.

- Work closely with sales, risk, and operations teams to ensure seamless

credit processing.

-Good market connection and industry knowledge.

- Adherence to regulatory frameworks and compliances.

- Vendor management and Channel visits.
