Credit Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Credit Underwriting of Prospective Client Profiles for Equipment Lease/Loan.
• Meeting Clients with periodic visits to the client business premises.
• Manage relations with the sales department.
• Maintain a department organizational structure sufficient to meet all goals and objectives.
• Properly motivate/co-ordinate with the credit staff.
• Provide information on Client Portfolio to the Credit Information Bureau.
• Handle Internal/Statutory Auditors queries on compliance with the Co. policies.
• Co-ordinate with the recoveries team and generate business insights to mitigate risk.
• Resource planning and management at hub for smooth running of operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Credit Underwriting experience from NBFC, Banking or Financial Services industries.
