Key Responsibilities:

Credit & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Oversee risk assessment processes to mitigate potential financial risks.
• Monitor and evaluate loan portfolios to identify trends and risks.

Credit Underwriting

• Assess loan applications based on creditworthiness and financial stability.
• Analyze financial statements, repayment capacity, and credit history.
• Ensure timely and accurate loan approvals within defined risk parameters.

LMS & LOS System Utilization

• Use Loan Management System (LMS) & Loan Origination System (LOS) for efficient

credit evaluation.

• Streamline digital loan processing and documentation.
• Maintain and update loan records in the system.

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain key MIS reports for credit and risk analysis.
• Generate data-driven insights for decision-making and risk mitigation.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to senior management.

Risk Identification & Mitigation

• Analyze industry trends and borrower profiles to identify potential risks.
• Implement strategies to minimize loan defaults and fraud risks.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance risk management.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Work closely with internal teams to streamline credit approval workflows.
• Coordinate with finance, compliance, and operations teams for seamless execution.
• Suggest and implement best practices for improved efficiency.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Loan Management System (LMS) & Loan Origination System (LOS).

Expertise in credit underwriting & risk assessment.

Proficiency in handling MIS reports & data analysis.

Excellent analytical & decision-making abilities.

Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field).

Experience: Minimum 3 years in credit underwriting, risk management, or related domains.

Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
