Job Title: Client Relationship Manager - Investment Advisory
Location: Malad & Prabhadevi

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice to clients on their investment portfolios and offer cross-selling opportunities for third-party products.
• Manage daily client risks and coordinate with the Customer Support Executive (CSE) to resolve client queries such as software downloads, terminal issues, stock transfers, and fund collections.
• Meet business targets and participate in regular review meetings, including joint client meetings.
• Oversee client investments and ensure the effective management of their portfolios.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate with a minimum of 50% marks.
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with at least 6 months of experience in the stock market.
• Preferred Background: Candidates with an interest or background in the stock market are a plus.
