Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Web Application Development Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.

- Implement responsive and accessible UI components optimized for speed, scalability, and performance.

- Write modular, reusable code to enhance maintainability and support future scalability.

- Create and maintain complex user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with Atomicwork's design principles.

- User Experience Optimization Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless translation of designs into functional web pages.

- Enhance user experience by implementing advanced front-end technologies and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

- Continuously optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.

- Partner with product managers to understand user requirements and implement features accordingly.

- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and team discussions to align on goals and deliverables.

- Code Quality and Documentation Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Write clear and concise documentation for code, components, and processes.

- Ensure comprehensive test coverage by writing unit and integration tests.

- Problem Solving and Innovation Identify and resolve technical challenges in the front-end architecture.

- Research and implement emerging technologies to enhance the application and development process.

- Troubleshoot and debug large codebases effectively while maintaining a positive approach to complexity.

- Ownership and Responsibility Take end-to-end ownership of front-end features, from conception to deployment and maintenance.

- Act as a technical founder of your work, ensuring the highest quality for the customer experience.

- Staying Ahead of the Curve Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development.

- Advocate for adopting modern tools, libraries, and frameworks that enhance productivity and user experience.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Technical Expertise JavaScript Frameworks: 5-7 years of experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Experience with Next.js and TypeScript is a strong plus.

- Frontend Fundamentals: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and pre-processing tools like SASS or LESS.

- Performance Optimization: Experience with performance tuning, lazy loading, and optimizing web applications for scalability.

- Build Tools: Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Parcel.

- Testing: Hands-on experience with testing libraries like Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress.

- Architectural Knowledge Strong understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

- Familiarity with component-driven development and reusable architecture principles.
