Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing requirements, and recommending solutions to improve processes and systems. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements.

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve processes and systems.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project deliverables meet business needs.

• Participate in the design and development of software solutions.

• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure software meets business needs.

• Work with project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.

• Monitor project progress and report on project status to stakeholders.

• Identify and manage project risks and issues.

• Conduct training sessions and prepare user manuals for new software solutions.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE/B Tech) or Masters in Computer Applications (MCA)

• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in business analysis for IT projects in the banking industry.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile.

• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office.
