Role & responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing lending agreements, loan documents, and compliance-related paperwork.
• Ensure that all documents adhere to legal standards and internal policies, identifying any inconsistencies or issues.
• Support the due diligence process for lending transactions by gathering necessary documentation and verifying compliance.
• Review borrower information, credit reports, and other relevant materials to assess risk factors.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to deepen your understanding of banking and finance laws and lending practices.
• Shadow experienced legal professionals during meetings and court appearances to observe real-world applications of legal principles
