Job Description

Dear Candidate,


We are hiring Business Executive for managing Public Sector Units (PSU) accounts for Bangalore location.

Main responsibilities:

  • Independent Sales Target contributor.
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in government organizations and public sector units (PSUs).
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the Government/PSU sector and achieve sales targets.
  • Should understand Prospect Identification, Opportunity generation, Nurturing & Closure
  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in Government organizations and Public sector units.
  • Create compelling technical and financial proposals tailored to the specific needs of Government/PSU clients in collaboration with stake holders
  • Deliver presentations and conduct product demonstrations to senior-level officials in Government/PSU organizations.
  • Lead negotiations with Government/PSU clients, addressing any concerns or objections, and closing sales contracts.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.

Develop and implement target account lists, account profiles and strategic sales plans.

  • Provide sales vision for the assigned accounts by developing a complete understanding of organization structure, customer requirements, competitor activity, market share targets, developing markets, sales penetration, local sales coverage and sales revenue goals through successful implementation of sales strategies and development of tactical plans.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:

  • Must have an experience in working with PSUs, State Government, Central Government, CPWD, Ports, Airports, Power, Govt Autonomous Institutions, Govt Hospitals, Oil Gas, NHAI, Municipal Corporations, Aerospace, Govt Universities, and more.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the government sector.
  • Closing sales and focus on continuous revenue growth.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level officials.
  • Ability & industry connect to quickly ramp up a sales funnel with qualified opportunities covering target account.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of the team.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
