TA Specialist

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check Requestion Req - As soon as Manpower requisition is raised in DB, check complete requirement
• Arrange JD Arrange JD for the requirement from HRBP
• Arrange Intake - Arrange intake meeting with hiring manager as per SOP SLA
• Making job live on career web page, IJP (if req), employee referrals & portals
• Sourcing Thorough all possible channels
• Screening First level screening to check CTQs
• Sharing resume with hiring managers
• Collect feedback Seek support of HRBP in case interventions are required.
• Arrange interviews Share invites, calendar blocking
• Collect Interview feedback - Seek support of HRBP in case interventions are required.
• Arrange further interviews with panels
• Collect feedback from panels
• Candidate engagement throughout the process and constant communication
• Close loop with candidates with respective emails on position hold, candidature on hold, not found suitable or selected.
• Arrange documents from candidate and send to HRBP
• Follow up with HRBP if offer is released and with candidate on offer acceptance.
• Candidate engagement and ensure connect with respective HRBP and Hiring manager.
• Ensuring process adherence on DB

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Essential Qualification : Graduate in any stream or MBA Human Resources is preferred
• Experience : 4 yrs to 6 yrs
