About the Role:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Manager to join our Founder's Office.

- The ideal candidate will excel in managing and nurturing online communities, leading a team, and providing training in social media management.

- This role requires proficiency in social media guidelines, content ideation, calendar planning, and page management across various niches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the growth of Instagram pages across various niches by implementing effective strategies and guiding the team to achieve desired results.

- Personally contribute to the growth of over 100 niche-specific Instagram pages through innovative strategies and hands-on management.

- Ensure smooth coordination with the Director, maintaining regular communication to align on objectives and strategies.

- Oversee department reporting, tracking performance metrics, and providing insights on page growth and engagement to inform strategic decisions.

- Train and manage the existing community team and freelancer's team.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in community management and social media page management.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in training and managing a team.

- Proficiency in social media guidelines and best practices across major platforms.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Creative mindset with experience in content ideation and design.

- Ability to plan and manage content calendars effectively.
