Civil Structure Designer in Industrial Domain-Pune

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3-6 years of working experience in Structural Engineering.
• Experience in Analysis and Design of Commercial as well as Industrial Building base on various Indian and International standards like Euro code, American Code, Canadian code etc.
• Hand on various software like Staad Pro, Staad Foundation, ETAB, Frilo, Autocad, Microsation etc.
• Making of complete design calculation and preparation of report along with GA drawings.
• Ability to monitor and inspect all work undertaken by contractors to ensure structural soundness.
• Expert experience in project management and ability to handle various site problems at International level.
• Good coordination experience with professional staff like architects, consultant, contractor and various professionals from other disciplines.
• Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Good communication skills is must, German Language expertise shall be added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• BIM Coordination activities + Civil Structural calculations
• Analyzed and Design of Building and various other individual structures.
• Apply expert knowledge on various forces, which will act on structures and insure the safe design along with overall stability of building.
• Examine structures at risk of collapse and advise how to improve their structural integrity, such as recommending removal or repair of defective parts or rebuilding the entire structure.
• Work with geotechnical consultant to investigate ground conditions and analyze results of soil sample and in situ test.
• Examine contractor design and drawing base on internal regulation, International standards and in line with local norms.
• Monitor on-site construction processes and interpret technical designs and drawings, ensuring they are applied correctly
• Provide cost-effective proposals, solutions, and alternatives for the project.
• Prepare and creation of site quality report base on site spot check and highlight the quality concern to project team.
• Monitoring of overall project with respect to allocated timeline.
• Innovative ideas implementation
• Working on technical tools : Staad Pro, Staad Foundation, FAPLIS, Microstation, etc.
