• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Civil Project Manager to lead and oversee various heritage restoration, conservation and repairing projects.
• The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, problem solver, and team leader, capable of driving projects from inception to successful completion.
• As a Civil Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional civil solutions and contributing to our company's continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead projects from pre-construction planning to project closeout, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans and strategies.
• Implement and maintain effective project management processes, including scheduling, risk assessment, and progress tracking.
• Regularly communicate project status, updates, and potential risks to clients, team members, and senior management.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services and materials.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor project teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and support to achieve project goals.
• Participating in regular meetings with the client.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, contracts, change orders, and other project-related records.
• Candidate have an experience from High Building with Mivan Shuttering (Compulsory)
