Project Analysis Executive

Job Description:

The role involves collecting client feedback, documenting requirements for the Technical Team, and preparing Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will conduct functional testing, manage client escalations, and ensure timely resolution through WhatsApp, calls, and emails. Additionally, you will coordinate with teams and provide training to clients and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establishing contact with clients to obtain feedback on services through phone calls and emails.
• Gathering and documenting client requirements for the Technical Team.
• Preparing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for client approval and sign-off.
• Conducting general functional testing of workflows and features to be delivered to clients.
• Managing client escalations and ensuring timely resolution within established turnaround times (TAT) via WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails.
• Coordinating with both internal and external teams for escalations, terminations, communications, and updates related to clients.
• Providing demonstrations and training sessions to clients and business teams.
