HR Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Employee Onboarding Support:
• Assist in onboarding processes for new hires, including document collection and verification.
• Ensure all required forms and agreements are accurately filled and submitted.
• Maintain a database of onboarding documents and update them as necessary.
• PF & ESI Verification:
• Verify employee details for PF and ESI registration and compliance.
• Cross-check documents to ensure they meet statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with HR and payroll teams for timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Organize and maintain employee records in a secure and confidential manner.
• Generate periodic reports on onboarding, PF, and ESI compliance status.
• Escalate any issues related to missing or incorrect documentation.
• New Employee ID Creation:
• Create unique employee IDs for all new hires.
