Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Educational Tour Coordinator to oversee and manage tour requirements for a group of fourteen schools . The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of tour planning, ensuring seamless execution, and maximizing student participation through strategic promotional efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tour Planning Coordination: Work closely with school principals, coordinators, and management to announce tour programs well in advance, minimizing academic schedule conflicts.
- Registration Collection: Drive maximum registrations by implementing effective promotional strategies among parents and students, and ensure timely payment collection.
- Quality Assurance: Liaise with Crazy Holidays to guarantee high-quality travel experiences, safety measures, and seamless logistics.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between schools and Crazy Holidays, ensuring smooth communication and addressing concerns proactively.
- Promotional Strategies: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies, including school presentations, parent meetings, and student engagement activities, to boost tour participation.
- Review Feedback: Evaluate each tour s success, collect feedback from students and school authorities, and implement improvements for future travel programs.
Skills Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Management, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field .
- 2+ years of experience in educational travel, event coordination, or school liaison roles preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple schools simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
- Passion for experiential learning and student engagement.
