Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Node.js & Express.js Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js. You will work closely with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to create high-performance and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Work with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Optimize applications for scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate UI components with backend services.
• Implement security and data protection best practices.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in the application.
• Work with version control systems like Git.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in backend development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and Node.js.
• Experience with Express.js and building RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of database technologies (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
• Understanding of authentication & authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming & event-driven architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred).
• Proficiency in using Git and working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Chai (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
