As a Product Owner, you'll play a critical role in driving the execution and delivery of features and functionalities on our B2B2X SaaS platform. This role involves collaborating closely with agile development teams to ensure that product increments are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the defined acceptance criteria. You will be pivotal in maximizing product value, achieving business goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively managing the product backlog, prioritizing user stories, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: ● Supported by the Platform Product Manager (for a given domain), develops a deep understanding of the product vision, roadmap, and customer needs to effectively guide the development and delivery of end-customer (CX) and business-user (OX) features. ● Creates and maintains a well-groomed product backlog, prioritizing user stories based on business value, dependencies, and technical feasibility. ● Collaborates with Product Design and Engineering to ensure a seamless, integrated user experience that meets customer expectations. ● Engages with stakeholders across the organization, including Platform Product, Launch Product, Designer, Engineering, and Program Management, to gather feedback, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment on product priorities. ● Demonstrates a strong command of Agile methodologies, effectively managing sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to ensure timely delivery of features. ● Excels in communicating with stakeholders across all levels, from team members to executive leadership, ensuring clear and concise updates on product progress and any roadblocks. ● Proficient in collaborating with the development team to define acceptance criteria, validate completed work, and ensure that delivered features meet the defined requirements. ● Collaborates throughout the process of making recommendations and navigating technical requirements for overall functionality, new initiatives, and other enhancements across all platform Customer Experience (CX) and Operator Experience (OX) journeys. ● A collaborative spirit, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs. Job Requirements: ● 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. ● Bachelors degree in a relevant field; Agile certifications preferred. ● Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with experience in Scrum or Kanban methodologies. ● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. ● Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage a product backlog effectively. ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. ● Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive consensus. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
