Engineering Manager

• Good knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge of web-related technologies such as HTTP, REST APIs, Authentication Mechanisms, Security, etc
• Experience building highly scalable cloud native backend systems using Java/.NET/NodeJs or any other equivalent systems

• Owned capacity and growth of technical systems across multiple domains, defining key metrics
• Strong communication skills and can simplify technical concepts to explain them to non-technical partners
