Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the daily operations of the department.

Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Ensure that the team meets performance targets, KPIs, and other business objectives.
Monitor team productivity and identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency.
Handle escalated customer or client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain effective communication within the team and with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations.
