Cprime is looking for a highly analytical and strategic UX Strategist to lead the discovery and planning phases of our digital projects. This role is critical for untangling complex business challenges and translating them into actionable strategies for our company. The ideal candidate is experienced in stakeholder interviews, system-level thinking, and crafting user-centric strategic solutions that align with both user and business goals.
**This person will be working overlapping US Hours and will work 11 am to 7:30 pm IST in our Chennai office onsite.**
What you will do:
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to uncover project goals, user needs, and business requirements.
- Analyze and untangle complex systems to identify opportunities and pain points.
- With guidance from stakeholders, develop a clear strategy for the website s structure and user experience, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create detailed documentation, including user personas, journey maps, and strategy briefs.
- Lead discovery workshops and synthesis sessions to align stakeholders and the project team.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the websites success.
Qualifications Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in roles similar to this. The ideal candidate has experience as a UX Strategist, UX Researcher, and/or UX or Experience Designer.
- Professional or higher English skills.
- Proven experience in UX strategy or similar roles with a focus on complex systems.
- Strong skills in conducting and synthesizing stakeholder interviews and research.
- Expertise in creating actionable strategies for digital products, particularly websites.
- Familiarity with crafting strategies for the use of AI tools, specifically agentic AI and LLM tools, with the goal of creating an input/output pipeline capable of aligning with sales and marketing goals.
- Familiarity with user journey mapping, personas, and other strategic tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working collaboratively with design, content, and development teams.
What will give you a step up:
- Experience using standard collaboration tools such as Miro, FigJam, or Mural
- Familiarity with AI and other tools for organizing stakeholder insights and data, such as Otter, Notion, Napkin, etc.
- G-Suite and Microsoft Suite
- Comfortable with Confluence, Jira, or Asana for documentation and project tracking.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in User Experience, Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
