The role will facilitate seamless order processing, manage client communications, and ensure high customer satisfaction by coordinating effectively between clients and internal teams like Sales, Sales Co-ordination, Logistics, and Production. This role is pivotal in supporting CPL Aromas commitment to delivering timely and quality service in India.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Communication
Display excellent communication skills, both orally and in written format in emails
Handle customer enquiries via telephone & email
Be thorough and clear in all communication
Provide excellent customer service
General Duties
Ensure customer requirements are properly recorded in our internal systems and met
Manage order entry
Raise and manage customer complaints throughout the whole resolution process
Manage and carry out any other duties as assigned
Promote CPLs values and best practices
Solve problems through investigation and research and shows judgement in decision making .
Logistics Management
Schedule outbound & inbound shipments.
Follow up with transporters for original LR copies.
Lead communications with carriers when issues arise.
Prepare disptach documentation, email them are required to clients.
Approval of shipment checklists.
Ensure post shipment documents are filled.
Compile and submit accurate timely reports as and when needed.
Order Management
Process customer orders for the India Sales division
Liase between the customer and the customer service team at our Dubai manufacturing and logistics for deliveries and orders
Cooperate with the sales team and sales coordinators to assist with pricing and order related enquires
Liaise with CPLs Accounting Dept. when needed
Conduct
Adhere to CPL policies and procedures
Support other members of your team
Skills and Attributes Required
Must have 5 years and above of Customer service & logistics experience in fragrance industry
Must have strong skills in MS Office and ability to work with MS 365.
