Sales Executive - 2-Wheeler EV Showroom

Role & responsibilities

• Customer Engagement:
• Greet and welcome customers visiting the showroom.
• Provide detailed information about our EV products, features, and benefits.
• Conduct test rides and demonstrate product functionality.
• Sales Process Management:
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable EV models.
• Convert inquiries into successful sales by building trust and rapport.
• Handle pricing discussions, financing options, and payment processing.
• Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries via phone or email.
• Showroom Operations:
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-stocked with product brochures and displays.
• Participate in promotional events and campaigns to attract customers.
• Learning & Development:
• Stay updated on the latest EV technologies, product updates, and market trends.
• Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome. Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and persuade customers.
• Hunger for success and a positive attitude.
• Basic understanding of 2-wheeler vehicles and EV technology (training provided).
• Languages: Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
