Area Manager / Senior Area Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to promote our Flow Cytometry Reagents to research institutions, hospitals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life sciences, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including researchers, scientists, and purchasing managers
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and email marketing
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase our Flow Cytometry Reagents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical support, and customer service
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies in flow cytometry
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams on customer needs and market trends

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
- 2+ years of sales experience in the life sciences industry, preferably in flow cytometry or related products
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Nice to Have:

- Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field
- Experience with flow cytometry instruments and software, application
