Assisting the General Manager in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to achieve organizational goals. Managing and supervising various department heads and ensuring effective communication and coordination among them. Ensuring that all operations are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Monitoring and analyzing financial and operational performance metrics and taking corrective actions as needed. Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Identifying and addressing issues and risks that may affect organizational performance and reputation. Representing the organization in external forums and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies. Leading and participating in cross-functional teams to address complex business problems and drive innovation. Developing and maintaining a positive and productive work culture that fosters employee engagement, development, and retention. Strong leadership and management skills, to motivating and developing staff and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
