Oracle DBA

We are seeking an experienced Oracle DBA to join our team and take ownership of our organization's database environment. The ideal candidate should have 3-7 years of hands-on experience in administering Oracle databases, a deep understanding of database architecture, performance tuning, backup and recovery strategies, and a strong ability to troubleshoot database-related issues.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain multiple Oracle database instances across development, testing, and production environments.

· Perform routine database administration tasks including installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of Oracle Database software.

· Monitor and optimize database performance, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.

· Implement backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data integrity and minimize downtime.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application development and deployment.

· Assist in database design, schema management, and capacity planning.
