Sales Head

Job Description :

- Strategic planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals, including identifying new markets, analyzing data and trends, and creating sales plans

- Building a team: Recruit, train, and coach sales team members to ensure they have the skills and resources to succeed

- Business lead: Manage and oversee sales operations, including setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to the team

Networking:

- Develop distributor and dealer network strategies and procedures

- Also should have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes, customer behaviors, and market trends.

- Analysing sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimise the current ones

- Implementing the company's sales policies at the field level and enforcing disciplinary actions

- Hiring and training sales teams in different regions to keep up with sales goals

- Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, to collect and nurture leads
