Oracle Transportation Management Trainer

Training Delivery :

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions on Oracle Transportation Management for various user groups, including functional and technical users.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training tailored to the audiences proficiency level.

Curriculum Development :

• Develop and update training materials, including presentations, user guides, and practical exercises.
• Create customized training modules based on specific organizational needs.

Hands-On Demonstrations :

• Provide hands-on demonstrations of OTM modules, including shipment planning, execution, freight settlement, and reporting.
• Facilitate interactive sessions to address participant queries and provide real-world examples.

Performance Assessment :

• Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises.
• Provide feedback and additional support to ensure knowledge retention.

Collaboration :

• Work closely with implementation teams and stakeholders to align training programs with project goals.
• Gather feedback to continuously improve training content and methods.
