We have current vacancy for Associate Engineer I&A- at Country Delight, Pune Region.

Qualification & Experience

• B.Tech/ Diploma in either Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 4

years of work experience In Instrumentation & Automation.

• Fully conversant in all aspects of System Integration (Automation and Control).

• Experienced across a variety of Instruments, Good knowledge PLC programming Siemens S7 ,1200/ 1500 ; TIA Portal in Diary/ F&B /Pharmaceutical, FMCG plants with

Strong execution and planning skills.

• Well experienced with various field process instruments like all type of food grade sensors, flow meters, valves, level transmitters, Pressure Transmitters, PH, conductivity Sensors, Load

cell systems, HMIs, Industrial data communication Protocol, wiring, etc.

• Good exposure in troubleshooting of Utility, Instruments, PLCs, devices , sensors.

• Sound Knowledge of I/O Control wiring and Circuit and drawing reading, sensors, transmitters calibration and troubleshooting with the help of drawings & instrument

manuals etc. Preferred Industry: Dairy, Food & Beverages, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, FMCG

Job location: Pune

Travel Requirement: Should be willing to travel frequently across India as per business needs. Job Description

Work closely with Central team to implement, maintain and troubleshoot all instruments, sensors

and PLC based systems.

1. Be responsible in all aspects for the Technical Delivery & Support of the Project.

2. Field implementation of Instrumentation projects, including systems and instruments like

RTD, pressure sensor, flow meters, HMIs, PLC’s, IoT devices, Data Loggers, etc.

3. Search vendors to implement PLC based systems in the plant.

4. Coordinate with vendors, system integrators for Implementation and resolution of any

maintenance related challenges.

5. Commission and test all instruments and monitoring systems with in deadline.

6. Ensure all the implemented systems are up and well maintained.
