We have current vacancy for Field Support Engineer Instrumentation & Automation Operations - at Country Delight, Jhajjar Location (NCR Region).
Qualification & Experience

• B.Tech. /Diploma in Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 4 years of relevant work experience In Instrumentation & automation.
• Fully conversant in all aspects of System Integration (Automation and Control).
• Experienced across a variety of Instruments, PLC and DCS Systems in Dairy/ F&B /Pharmaceutical plants with Strong execution and planning skills.
• Well experienced with various field process instruments like all type of food grade sensors, flow meters, valves, level transmitters, Pressure Transmitters, PH, conductivity Sensors, Load cell systems, HMIs,Valves, Industrial data communication Protocol, wiring, etc.
• Good exposure in troubleshooting of Utility, Instruments, PLC’s, devices based DCS, sensors.
• Sound Knowledge of I/O Control wiring and Circuit and drawing reading, sensors, transmitters calibration and troubleshooting with the help of drawings & instrument manuals etc.

Job Description
Work closely with Central Team to implement, maintain and troubleshoot all instruments, sensors and PLC based automation systems.

1. Be responsible in all aspects for the Technical Delivery & Support of the Project.
2. Field implementation and Troubleshooting of Instrumentation projects, including systems and instruments like RTD, pressure sensor, flow meters, Valves, HMI’s, PLC’s, ,SCADA, etc.
3. Search vendors to implement PLC based systems in the plant.
4. Coordinate with vendors, system integrators for Implementation and resolution of any maintenance related challenges.
5. Commission and test all instruments and monitoring systems with in deadline.
6. Ensure all the implemented systems are up and well maintained.
