Exp-2-4 yrs (Construction/I T or Retail as Quantity surveyor)

Qualification- B.E Civil

Must have:

• Extracting quantities from various drawings, convert them into BOQ for all the elements of Interior works for various Interior projects of IBD.
• Surveying of Quantity and preparing overall estimation.
• Thorough Knowledge of Auto CAD and Revit.
• MS Excel
• Travel to the Project sites for the quantity assessment and evaluation of projects.
• Through material knowledge.
• BE civil from a reputed college
• Two to four years of experience in the construction / IT offices or Retail industry as quantity surveyor
• Should be Innovative
• Should possess good communication skills and high degree of analytical and logical skills
• Should have Critical Design Thinking
• Candidate should have the zeal for hard work and should be able to do collaborative team work.
• Candidate should be flexible with work timings to meet project deadlines.
• Candidate with very pleasant attitude.
