- Should Have Export and Import Knowledge

- Follow-up for quotations
- Making comparative statements
- Negotiating with suppliers for best rate and commercial terms
- Co-ordinating for end user for technical specifications wherever applicable
- Releasing purchase/work orders
- Vendor management & development
- Follow-up for materials deliveries and services
- Providing required MIS data for management requirement
- Attending VC with international client meetings on weekly
- Handling of import & export of Lithium-ion batteries/BESS *
- Co-ordinating with CHA for smooth custom clearance of import shipments***
- Handling of domestic lithium battery's parts of electrical and electronic items through local suppliers***
- Any task assigned by reporting manager.
