Key Accounts Manager

We are looking for a skilled Marketplace (Flipkart) expert. As a Key Accounts Manager at Glam21, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our online sales strategy and expanding our presence across key e-commerce platforms.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key e-commerce accounts, primarily Flipkart.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and key account metrics.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional opportunities to maximize profitability and drive mutual success.
• Address any issues or concerns raised by key accounts in a timely and effective manner. Work proactively to resolve problems and ensure a positive outcome.
• Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience (including roles at Flipkart) within the Beauty/Cosmetics industry.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and adapt to change.
