Jr. Accountant

We are seeking a reliable Key Accounts Executive who can work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The ideal candidate will manage key client relationships, handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines, and provide clear, comprehensive reports to management. A strong understanding of account management practices and excellent communication skills are essential.

To ensure success, the Key Accounts Executive should be prompt, honest, detail-oriented, professional, and analytical. Top candidates will possess exceptional presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex information to decision-makers.

Role & responsibilities

1. Full charge book keeping including all month and year end journal entries.

2. Maintain all client accounts of time, billings and payments. Collection of accounts receivable
when necessary.

3. Preparation of Sales and Purchase Entries in Tally ERP Software.

4. Maintenance of Stock in ERP software.

4. MIS data preparation in MS Excel.

5. Responsible for follow up phone calls/emails and letters to track billing records, payment
requests, bank statements, anything financial that needs follow‐up, etc.

6. Prepare various accounting reports as required.

Qualification Required:

1. Graduation Degree in Accounting or relevant field is must.

2. Minimum 1-2 years of accounting field is required.

3. Must have strong experience/knowledge in MS Excel and formulas.

4. Experience in Tally ERP is must.

5. Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks; work efficiently with minimal supervision;
detailed oriented.
