SAP Consultant - MM & S/4 HANA Modules (4-9 yrs)

The SAP MM S/4HANA PTP (Procure to Pay) Consultant plays a critical role within the organization by streamlining the purchasing and procurement processes using SAP's advanced technologies. Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement the SAP MM module in S/4HANA to support Procurement to Pay processes.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and conduct workshops to align technical solutions with business objectives.

- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to procure-to-pay workflows.

- Develop functional specifications for enhancements and configurations to meet user requirements.

- Support data migration activities from legacy systems to S/4HANA.

- Ensure data integrity and quality through testing and validation procedures.

- Conduct end-user training sessions and create user manuals to facilitate smooth adoption of the new system.

- Provide post-implementation support and system enhancements based on user feedback.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to procurement functions in SAP MM.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP releases and functionalities relevant to S/4HANA and MM module.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize procurement processes.

- Lead and manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.

- Document processes, configuration changes, and system modifications for future reference.

- Maintain security and compliance standards while managing procurement data.

- Advise on best practices for procurement strategies and vendor management.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MM, specifically in a S/4HANA environment.

- Proven track record of successful end-to-end SAP implementation projects.

- In-depth understanding of Procure to Pay processes and best practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in project management methodologies and tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

- Familiarity with SAP best practices and industry standards.

- Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, FI, CO).
