Senior Solution Architect - Data Management (15-20 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior Governance Solution Architect (15+ years of IT experience with 5-7 years in Data projects)

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Current State Assessment and Solution definition

- Ability to talk to various stakeholders in the customer organization to understand the pain points relevant to data management & governance.

- Ability to come up with data governance use cases that can address the captured pain points.

- Ability to detail out the use cases and agreed on the solution/approach for implementation and agree the same with the stakeholders.

- Agree with the project manager/program lead to prepare the implementation roadmap

- Requirements capture for use cases/Pre-Sales

- Ability to drive requirements capture for workflows, Data governance product (such as Collibra) implementations supported by mock-ups.

- Liaison with the client for requirements and technical clarifications and pass on the same to the offshore project team.

- Ability to demonstrate Expleo's subscriptions as well as data governance product (such as Collibra) out-of-the-box features.

- Management support for project implementation

- Provide inputs to estimate effort/validate estimates for development activities based on the requirements.

- Liaison with the offshore implementation team to review the implementation plan and progress.

- Provided needed support to address technical challenges on the data governance product used

- Participate in environment prep and prod rollout discussions with customers with support from offshore technical resource (if needed)

- Manage walkthrough of workflows, templates, discussion on migration options etc. with the stakeholders as part of UAT Training and Documentation

- Co-ordinate training and related documentation for the deliverables

- Should be able to do short trainings on the data governance product (such as Collibra) features - import/export assets, assigning roles/permissions, workflow config. Functional/Technical

- Good exposure to domains such as Data Governance, Data Quality/Observability, Data Privacy, Data Catalogs, Data access governance, MDM, Data Warehouses/Data Lakes, Data integration, DataOps, BI/Data analytics

- Should have implementation/hands-on experience (3-4 end-to-end implementation projects) in one or more platforms/tools in Data governance.

- Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud platform knowledge is preferred.

- Good awareness of the modern data stack and the trends in the data management and governance space Awareness on tools and methodologies that help with development, QA and DevOps 15+ years of IT experience with 5-7 years in Data projects using Agile Methodologies

- Experience delivering services in Data Governance to Enterprise Customers in the US, preferably Fortune 200 exposure.

- Excellent presentation skills to be able to conduct meetings with senior stakeholders in client organizations.

- Ability to co-ordinate between client teams and offshore implementation teams Experience in working on proposals, presales activities is nice to have.
