Requirements
Company Secretary/ Chartered Accountant or Both
Min Qualification: Up to 1 year experience
Experience in corporate law, particularly in areas related to employee benefits, corporate transactions, and securities regulation.
Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
The ability to work effectively in a team and manage complex legal matters independently.Prior experience or demonstrated interest in ESOPs, insider trading compliance, or corporate governance is often preferred.
