Job description

Candidate must be from Recruitment Agency/Firm with minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development for Permanent & Executive Search Positions.

Business Development is key to the role. Successful candidate will be responsible for building the business within the region, signing new client contracts, assisting clients in defining role descriptions and generating new leads.

• Identifying new business opportunities: Using industry knowledge, networking, and existing contacts to find new business opportunities
  
• Contacting potential clients: Proactively contacting potential clients to establish relationships and meet with them
  
• Building relationships with clients: Maintaining relationships with existing clients to facilitate repeat business
  
• Assisting clients: Helping clients formulate their expectations and contractual requirements
  
• Matching candidates to clients: Working with internal researchers to match candidates to client profiles
