Identify and prioritize current and future talent requirements to deliver on the business/function s objectives.
Partner with talent acquisition on the interviewing and selection of candidates as per the staffing plan.
Ensure a robust and wholesome on-boarding experience for the new joiners.
Partner with people managers and the learning development function to ensure upskilling of the workforce.
Drive transparency by deployment of tools and platforms to ensure two-way communication with employees.
Champion the organizational values by building awareness and understanding amongst employees.
Drive actions to ensure a positive work environment and enable the leaders to put in place improvement actions as per the annual climate survey.
Deploy talent management tools and processes to drive career progression and succession planning.
Collaborate with HR colleagues across locations and work groups to drive a unified, solution centric approach to enable the business/function to be successful.
Support the One Corning approach within the region to ensure a sense of belonging for employees.
Partner with people managers on coaching and conflict resolution and grievance handling.

Experiences/Education:
MBA with HR specialization.
