Lead Customer Operations Manager :
Lead Customer Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Gainsight application. The ideal candidate will have basic administration skills and preferably hold Gainsight certifications. Strong communication skills and a willingness to work during US business hours are essential.
In this role, you will :
- Administer and manage the Gainsight application, ensuring it operates efficiently.
- Handle tickets raised by Customer Success Managers via Salesforce, managing and closing them in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Gainsight to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement changes.
- Provide training and support to users on the Gainsight platform.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Stay updated on Gainsight features and best practices to optimize usage.
You've Got What It Takes If You Have :
- 5+ years of experience in a related role.
- Basic administration skills in Gainsight; Gainsight certification is a plus.
- Basic administration skills in Salesforce; Salesforce certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with .NET coding skills is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work during US (EST) business hours.
