Responsibilities:

Monthly Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare and present comprehensive monthly MIS reports for the entire group.

- Analyze financial performance and communicate key insights to management and investors.

Banking and Project Management:

- Oversee and manage banking activities for new projects.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and implement optimal financial strategies.

Cash Flow Management:

- Generate monthly cash flow reports and financial statements.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on cash positions to support decision-making.

Audit Coordination:

- Manage all aspects of yearly statutory and internal audits.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of audit documentation.

Investor Relations:

- Establish and maintain communication with investors.

- Address queries, provide financial updates, and cultivate strong investor relations.

SAP Implementation:

- Lead the implementation of SAP across the entire organization, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced operational efficiency.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Conduct comprehensive costing, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

- Analyze group financials and provide insightful reports to aid strategic decision-making.

Account Finalization:

- Lead the finalization of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Cost Control and Risk Management:

- Implement robust cost control measures and conduct variance analysis to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.

- Identify, assess, and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks.

- Implement risk management policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and financial stability.

Financial Systems Improvement:

- Continuously evaluate and enhance financial systems and processes for improved efficiency.

- Implement technological solutions to automate tasks and improve data accuracy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other departments like Operations, Sales, and HR to align financial goals and objectives.

- Provide financial expertise and support for various cross-functional projects and initiatives.
