Job Description
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) team. This role will primarily focus on monitoring our cloud infrastructure, managing incidents, and contributing to our operational excellence. It s an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cloud operations and incident management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
In this role you will be...
- Infrastructure Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance and availability of our cloud infrastructure using industry-standard tools and dashboards.
- Incident Management:
- Respond promptly to alerts and incidents triggered by monitoring systems or tools like PagerDuty.
- Escalate critical issues to the relevant teams following established protocols.
- Assist in root cause analysis and documentation of incidents.
- Communication: Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
- Documentation: Update runbooks, logs, and incident reports to ensure accurate records are maintained.
- Learning & Improvement:
- Gain hands-on experience with monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and operational workflows.
- Contribute ideas for improving monitoring and incident management process

- Currently pursuing degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, incident management systems, or platforms like PagerDuty is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
