We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Outbound Call Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers or clients with the aim of generating sales, setting appointments, or conducting surveys. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong ability to build rapport over the phone.
Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients using a provided script or talking points.
Build and maintain relationships with prospects to generate leads and drive sales.
Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels.
Conduct market research and surveys over the phone.
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies and tactics.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications and Skills :
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor s degree preferred.
Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
