About:

- Project Manager Friction Plant for leading MNC manufacturing components of Railway cars and Commercial vehicles.

- The position is based in North India.

The Job Description Role is as under:

- Designs, develops and manages the Friction plant construction project and all stages of the project process, according to the guidelines.

- Leads the target definition, specification and implementation of the project.

- Defines project schedules, budget, quality, project risk and chances, and personnel and financial resource allocation management.

- Setup and maintenance of the project plan.

- Coordinates all internally involved stakeholders in the project process (i.e. Industrial Engineering Production, SCM, Finance local and Central Functions, lead plant functions, Sales, etc.).

- Responsible for project meetings / program milestones and objectives.

- Monitors the budgets and takes actions in case of deviations.

- Monitors all commercial aspects of the project, incl. payment, contract management.

- Identifies, assesses and takes measures to mitigate risk factors, change-project-management.

- Reports on a regular base to accountable to the project Steering committee and Project owner.

- Provides functional or business process leadership to a cross-functional team of project member.
