MResult - Chatbot & IVR Developer - Customer Facing Production Projects (3-6 yrs)

Role : Chatbot & IVR Developer

Location : Bangalore / Mangalore

Job Overview :

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Analyze and document data coming from bot conversations.

- Interpret the pattern, trends, and conversational flow of bots.

- Collaborate with system architects and programmers for app design and decision-making.

- Design and build conversational chatbots.

- Should be a hands-on contributor for development of complex functionalities for the IVR application/s using different backend and frontend technology frameworks and cognitive services for Natural language processing.

- Ensure seamless experience of the IVR/bot users on various enterprise channels, robust security layer for enabling authentication and authorization and integration with thirdparty enterprise system/s

- Define recurring questions to automate answers/responses.

- Assist in the handling of multilingual bot support.

Minimum requirements :

- 3+ years of experience working with Voice Bot/ IVR & chatbots and customer facing production projects.

- Proficiency in AI/bot development landscape, tools, and other frameworks

- Experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and NLP algorithms.

- Strong understanding of programming languages such as Python, and hands on experience in JavaScript.

- Experience in Smart Assist and Bank Assist.

- Good knowledge about software development lifecycle

- Fluent in English to communicate effectively.
