Job Title: New Product Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

New Product Development:
• Lead the end-to-end development of new products, focusing on formulations involving
wax, dye, fragrance, or skincare products.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and
potential gaps in the market.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and production teams to create innovative products
that meet quality and safety standards.
• Oversee new products' formulation, testing, and refinement, ensuring they meet
regulatory requirements.
• Managed product development timelines, ensuring projects were delivered on time and
within budget.

Formulation & Innovation:
• Develop and optimize formulations involving waxes, dyes, fragrances, or skincare
ingredients.
• Experiment with new materials, techniques, and technologies to enhance product
performance and customer satisfaction.
• Work with suppliers to source and evaluate raw materials for product development.

Quality & Compliance:
• Ensure all products developed meet stringent quality standards and comply with relevant
industry regulations.
• Conduct stability, performance evaluations, and sensory testing for new
formulations.
• Document all formulation processes, trials, and outcomes meticulously.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and
marketing, to ensure seamless product development.
• Provide technical guidance and support during the scale-up and commercialization of new
products.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field. Only relevant applicants to apply.
• Proven experience in the development of products involving waxes, dyes, fragrances,
or skincare products.
• Strong understanding of formulation chemistry and ingredient interactions.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
